Official Rules
 Promotion Period
Promotion begins on July 3, 2023 at 12:00am, and ends on July 24, 2023 at 11:59pm (the “Promotion Period”).  Winners will be notified by Augist 1, 2023.

Terms
By agreeing to these terms, you state that you are over the age of 18 and give Maps Credit Union the right to use your information, including your name, location, pronouns, the fact that you are a Maps Credit Union member, any photographic depiction of you, and any statements made by you in the course of this contest to use, broadcast, or publish on any Maps Credit Union web sites, social media, print, broadcast or electronic medium and for any purpose whatsoever.
By agreeing to these terms, you also state that you understand that not all entries will receive monetary compensation and you waive any right that you may have to inspect or approve the finished product that may be used in some connection therewith or the use to which it may be applied.
 
Entry
 By entering the Promotion, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules.  No purchase necessary to enter. Individuals may submit nominations by visiting Maps Credit Union’s Facebook page and completing the entry form. One entry per person.
 
Members will be asked to tell us why they choose Maps Credit Union for their banking needs. This promotion is being administered by Maps Credit Union via Facebook. However, this promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Facebook. By participating in this promotion, you release Facebook from any and all liability arising from or related to this promotion.
 
Prizes
 Only one entry per Maps member. Five Maps members will be selected to receive $250 each. A panel of judges will select the winning entries, based on two criteria. 1. The level of detail and specificity of the written entry based on the program theme 2. Creativity of the written entry. Maps member must be in good standing to be eligible to win.
 
Conditions
 This promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Winners agree to the use of their name and likeness in publicity without notice or any additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. If selected, winners acknowledges that Maps Credit Union has the right to publicize and broadcast their name, voice, and likeness, the fact that they won, and all matters incidental thereto. By accepting the gift card, each recipient releases Maps Credit Union and its respective directors, officers, employees, agents, and subsidiaries from any and all liability, claims, causes of action, suits, and demands arising from or in connection with its lawful actions in conducting the promotion. Maps Credit Union reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this promotion, in its entirety or in part, should tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond Maps Credit Union’s control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the promotion.
 
Eligibility
 Open to all individuals who qualify under the entry rules above. Directors, Officers, Supervisory Committee Members, and employees of Maps Credit Union and any immediate family members and household members of such individuals are not eligible to enter. The term “immediate family members” includes spouses, parents, siblings, grandparents, children, grandchildren and cohabiting significant others. Must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.
