Teacher Grants

  • Winners currently being announced

Teacher Grants are funded by the Maps Community Foundation through proceeds from Maps' Free Community Checking account. Maps donates a penny to the foundation every time a member uses their debit card.

Teachers submitted videos and answered this $1,000 question:

“How will this grant make a difference to your students?”

Please watch all videos here and then vote for your favorite.

The voting period is now closed.

We are starting to announce our 2017 Teacher Grant Winners.

Keep an eye out on Facebook this month for our winners!

Teachers founded Maps almost a century ago, and we are proud of our history as an educators’ credit union. To show support for area teachers, we are pleased to help the education community through these teacher grants. Since 2012, this program has invested more than $44,000 in local students, teachers, and schools, which have funded classroom projects and after school enrichment programs.
