Open an Account

Welcome!

To qualify for a Maps account you must live or work in the Willamette Valley basin or have a family member that lives or works in the Willamette Valley basin.

To open your account, first create a profile then select the account you would like to open.

Please have the following information available to open your account.

• Be a legal US resident
• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a Social Security number
• Have a debit or credit card to fund your account.
• Have a government-issued ID

For non-residents or youth under 18 please visit any Maps Branch.
