After leasing in 5 different locations over the past 14 years, and with the desire to increase their capacity to serve the 50+ children and families on their waitlist, Family Building Blocks decided to build a new facility in Stayton. Maps Community Foundation is honored to contribute a $25,000 grant to support the construction of Doris’s New Place in Stayton. We are proud to be a partner in their impactful work to prevent child abuse and neglect and keep families together by serving children 0-5 and their families with a relief nursery approach. We are especially honored to support their work in the Stayton and Santiam Canyon areas that are served by our Stayton branch.
