For nearly 40 years, Mano a Mano Family Center has helped Latino and immigrant families in the Salem-Keizer area thrive through outreach, advocacy, and culturally responsive support. Each year, the organization connects more than 4,000 local families with resources related to education, health, housing, and community engagement. A $50,000 grant from the Maps Community Foundation is helping support the development of the NE Salem Community Hub, a much-needed space that brings services, programs, and gathering areas under one roof. Once complete, the hub will expand Mano a Mano’s ability to connect families with vital resources while strengthening community relationships.
