In December 2024, the Maps Community Foundation Board approved a $25,000 grant for the new Student Success Center at Western Oregon University. This new center is a key element in the growth and expansion of support systems for students, many of whom are first generation college students. It includes multiple student resources including tutoring, a Math Center, Center for Professional Pathways, Student Advising Center, and so much more. With this gift, the board chose to name the Disability Access Services Conference Room. We are honored to be a key supporter of this wonderful new center that will provide many services under one roof for WOU students now, and for years to come.
