Credit Card Member Dispute and Fraud Instructions

After you have identified fraudulent charges on your card account or have found yourself in a dispute with a merchant over a credit card charge, simply contact the number below and the Chargeback Member Services Team will guide you through the steps for filing your claim. They will also mail you any applicable paperwork and inform you of any required transaction documentation requirements. The Chargeback Member Services Team will also initiate credit to your credit card account (if applicable). Please pay very close attention to the deadlines for returning forms and documentation. If you do not provide the requested forms to the Chargeback Services Department within the stated timeframes, your case could be dismissed and the credit to your account could be reversed.

***Please note if your case involves the fraudulent use of your card number by an unknown party, or you have been the victim of skimming activity, please file a police report with your local law enforcement agency. Often an escalation in debit or credit card fraud, reported to the applicable agencies, is the only way for law enforcement officials to become aware of the activity so that they can then take steps to apprehend the perpetrators.
