This new layer of security reviews and evaluates your normal online banking activity. If there’s an action that is outside of your normal activities, the system may reach out to you to verify that action. Starting March 31, you may be prompted to verify ID by responding with a temporary security code by text or phone.
Activity that may prompt a code:
- Unknown login device
- Adding secondary users
- Changing your address or phone number
Due to this additional layer of security, it is important that we have your up-to-date contact information. Please take a minute to ensure we do, by loging into online banking and review your information under the “Profile” tab.
