Brant Wolf
Chair
Executive Vice President, Oregon Telecommunications Association

Brant Wolf
Brant Wolf is the Executive Vice President of the Oregon Telecommunications Association, a statewide organization representing broadband and telecommunications service providers. Brant is also the CEO of Western Independent Networks.
His background includes serving on the staff of a United States Congressman as well as employment with the Oregon Bankers Association and the Oregon Mortgage Bankers Association. Brant is a veteran of the United States Coast Guard.
Brant earned a Certified Association Executive designation from the American Society of Association Executives and has been an active member and volunteer with the Oregon Society of Association Managers. He served many years on the Monmouth Public Library Board of Trustees including serving as Board Chair.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Oregon State University and a master of business administration from George Fox University. He has been a Maps member for nearly 20 years. Before joining the board, Wolf was on the Maps Supervisory Committee and served as Chair.

Travis Young
Vice Chair
Director-Corporate Procurement/Portfolio Management, Batory Foods

Travis Young
Travis has been in the food ingredient distribution business for 14 years.
Travis works for Batory Foods, an $850 million-dollar (annual) business, based out of Chicago.
His current position is Director-Corporate Procurement/Portfolio Management and leads a team of 18 people.
He has served as a Board member for MSA, Maps Service Agency, Board member for Advanced Reporting, and is a former Maps employee.
Travis and his wife Jamie Young have a daughter Olivia, son Hudson, and cats, Franklin and Midge. He is a volunteer soccer coach, avid runner, cyclist, and camper.

Jerry Ambris
Director
Executive Director of Habitat for Humanity

Jerry Ambris
Jerry Ambris has served as Executive Director of Habitat for Humanity of the Mid-Willamette Valley since 2013 and previously led Habitat for Humanity of North Willamette Valley beginning in 2008. He brings more than two decades of leadership in affordable housing and community development.
Jerry holds a B.A. in Communications and Spanish from Western Oregon University and began his career as Director of Housing Development for the Farmworker Housing Development Corporation, where he worked to expand housing opportunities for farmworker families. In addition to his role at Habitat, Jerry is deeply engaged in the community. He currently serves as a Trustee for Western Oregon University and as a Board Member for Maps Service Agency. His past service includes board roles with the Fair Housing Council of Oregon, Habitat for Humanity of Oregon, Joint Task Force on Addressing Racial Disparities in Home Ownership and the Capital Planning Commission. Throughout his career, Jerry has been dedicated to building stronger, more equitable communities through housing access and advocacy. He was elected to the Maps Board of Directors in 2025.

Jeff Antrican
Director
Consulting Real Estate and Security Industries

Jeff Antrican
Prior to consulting, Jeff Antrican was with Supra, a real estate and automotive lock business. Initially hired to build lockboxes on the assembly line in 1986, Jeff held various customer-facing roles throughout the organization.
During his 30-year career, Jeff and his sales team worked with approximately 500 North American real estate associations and multiple listing services to implement electronic key box systems and thus contributed to growing the customer base from 35,000 agents to more than 1,000,000 today. As a result, the Supra Wireless Information Network now opens doors on the majority of all homes shown in North America.
Jeff is a Salem, Oregon, native who graduated from Corban University with a Master’s in Business Administration. In his free time, Jeff enjoys pickleball and softball.

Judy Beebe
Director

Judy Beebe
Judy Beebe, a Polk County resident since 2005 and Maps member since 2000, has an extensive financial management background, including Vice President of Finance at Kaiser Permanente Federal Credit Union, Pasadena, Calif. and Chief Financial Officer at ORCO State Employees Federal Credit Union, Orange, CA.
Judy currently works as the Finance Manager at Polk Community Development Corporation, after retiring from Western Oregon University. Additionally, Judy owns her own consulting firm providing expertise to non-profit organizations and construction companies.
Judy’s accomplishments include positive turnaround of finance and administrative support for organizations. Her successful asset liability management includes forecasting financial impact of products and pricing, profitability analysis, strategic planning and investment management.
Judy holds a Bachelor of Science in Education with focuses on mathematics and business, from the University of Oregon and Oregon State University, and a Master of Business Administration, accounting and finance, from Portland State University.

Rich Goward
Director
CPA and Certified Management Accountant

Rich Goward
Rich Goward has served Maps members for over thirty years, holding positions on the Maps Credit Union Board, Maps Service Agency Board, and Maps Community Foundation Finance Committee. Before retiring in 2020, he held executive roles in both public and private sectors, including CFO and COO of Salem-Keizer Public Schools (13 years), CFO for the City of Portland (3 years), and CFO for Willamette Valley Vineyards (7 years).
He also taught Management Accounting at Willamette University’s Atkinson Graduate School of Management for two decades. A Navy veteran, Rich retired as a Captain after 26 years of active and reserve service.
He holds a BS in Business Administration from Oregon State University, an MBA from Willamette University’s Atkinson School of Management, is a licensed CPA, and a Certified Management Accountant. Since 1981, Rich has lived in Salem, serving on various committees and as treasurer for local non-profits. He and his wife Sheila enjoy time with family, renovation projects, and outdoor activities.
Tom Marks
Marks is semi-retired and keeps busy volunteering for local non-profit organizations. He was a real estate broker with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Real Estate Professionals for over 17 years. Marks was the founder and former owner of Allied Video Productions, a Salem based video production company. Over the past 40+ years, he has supported multiple organizations in the Willamette Valley with his time and resources.
Marks also serves on the Maps Service Agency board and the Maps Community Foundation board.
Tom and his wife Lynne, have two daughters and five grandchildren that reside in the Salem area.

Kathy Moore

Kathy Moore
Kathy Moore is the Director of Project Development at Willamette Workforce Partnership. Her background includes over 20 years of experience in business, education, leadership, and workforce development
Kathy also serves on the Maps Community Foundation board, Maps Governance Committee, and Maps Insurance Services Committee.
Some of Kathy’s community & statewide involvement have included Salem Keizer School District Counseling & Advisory Committee, Salem Keizer Education Foundation’s Development Committee, Former First Lady Michelle Obama’s Reach Higher Initiative representing Oregon, Crystal Apple Committee, WACE (Western Association of Chamber Executives), WACE Academy, Business mentor for Corban University’s CCP program, Mentor to multiple local Middle & High school students annually, Girl Scouts, Career Technical Education, Family Building Blocks classroom volunteer, AVID and more.
She and her husband Gary, cherish time with family, and friends, spending time outdoors, camping, crabbing, traveling, gardening, and helping others.

Christy Perry
Director

Christy Perry
Christy Perry retired in 2023 after 33 years in education, including 18 years as superintendent in Dallas and Salem-Keizer—Oregon’s second-largest school district—where she managed a $1.2 billion budget and was known for her collaborative, relationship-based leadership.
Under her guidance, Salem-Keizer passed a $619.7 million school bond, launched the Career Technical Education Center (CTEC), expanded career technical programs across all high schools, and strengthened social-emotional supports. Graduation rates rose steadily, and in 2021 she was named Oregon Superintendent of the Year and one of four finalists for the national honor. She has also received the Jerome Colonna Lifetime Achievement Award from COSA and Western Oregon University’s 2024 Alumni Community Service Award.
Since retirement, Christy has continued to serve Oregon communities as an executive coach, superintendent search consultant, and mentor to new leaders. Locally, she enjoys time with her five—soon to be six—grandchildren, teaches swim lessons, crochets, and serves as systems manager for her daughter’s pediatric clinic, Cultivate Pediatrics. She also serves on the MAPS Service Agency board, chairs the Salem-Keizer Assistance League Governance Board, and is on the Family Building Blocks Board of Directors. Christy first joined MAPS Credit Union in 1988 as a young teacher, remained a member for 20 years, and rejoined in 2023 as a business member. She was elected to the Board of Directors in 2025.
