Frequently Asked Questions

Will I need to download a new mobile app?

No. You will not need to download a new mobile app, but you may need to update your existing Maps app. If automatic updates are enabled on your device, no action is needed. If automatic updates are not enabled, you will be prompted to update your app the first time you launch it.

Will there be any downtime?

Yes. Digital banking will be temporarily unavailable during the final transition to the upgraded platform. We’ll share more details about the downtime before the upgrade, including when it will happen and what members can expect.

While digital banking is unavailable, we’ll also post an alert on our website to help keep members informed.

Will my username or password change?

In most cases, no. You’ll use your current username and password when you first sign in to the upgraded system. If you use Face ID, Touch ID, or fingerprint login, you’ll need to set it up again. Only members whose passwords do not meet the new security requirements will be prompted to create a new password.

Tip: If you are prompted to update your password, be sure to update it in any other apps or services connected to your Maps account so everything continues to work smoothly.

What if I forgot my username or password?

If you are unsure of your username or password, we recommend logging in to the current system before the upgrade and using the “Can’t sign in?” link to recover your username or reset your password. This will help make your first login to the upgraded system smoother. After the upgrade, the new login screen will also include a reset option for forgotten usernames and passwords.
