Members can look forward to:

  • A fresh, modern look and feel
  • Easier navigation
  • Personalized dashboards
  • Updated tools for managing your accounts
  • New self-service features
  • Goal setting
  • Helpful resources to guide you through the transition

What to Do Now

As we get closer to the upgrade, keep an eye on your email inbox for important Maps messages and follow us on social media for helpful tips, reminders, and updates.

To make sure you receive important updates about the digital banking upgrade, please take a moment to confirm your contact information in digital banking or the Maps App.

The new digital banking experience will work best on current devices and updated browsers. Before the launch, please run any available system and browser updates on the phone, tablet, or computer you use for online banking.

Remember, Maps will never initiate a phone call, email, or text asking you for your password, PIN, full card number, or one-time verification code. If you receive a message that seems suspicious, please contact us directly.

How to Confirm Your Contact Info

Please take a minute to confirm your contact information in digital banking or the Maps App so you don’t miss important updates about the upgrade.

How to verify your contact information:

  1. Log in to digital banking or the Maps mobile app
  2. Click on your initials in the top right corner (top left for the mobile app)
  3. Click on “Profile”
  4. Update your email address, phone, number, and address as needed.

Device and Browser Requirements

Our new digital banking experience is designed to work best on newer devices and updated web browsers. Before the upgrade launches, it’s a good idea to make sure your phone, tablet, or computer is running a current operating system.

For the best experience, please use:

Computers

  • Windows 11 or newer
  • macOS or newer
  • One of the last two versions of Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox

iPhones and iPads

  • To download or update the Maps App, your device will need to be running one of the most recent supported iOS versions.
  • If your iPhone or iPad can’t update to a newer iOS version, the app may not work on that device.

Android Phones and Tablets

  • To download or update the Maps App, your device will need to be running Android 13 or newer.
  • Older Android devices may not be able to install or update the app.

A Good Rule of Thumb

If your device is more than a few years old or hasn’t been updated recently, you may need to run a system update before logging in to the new Maps digital banking experience.

Using an Older Device?

Some older devices may not support the newest version of the Maps App. In some cases, you may still be able to access digital banking through a supported web browser by visiting mapscu.com, but the best experience will be on a supported device with an updated browser.
