What to Do Now
As we get closer to the upgrade, keep an eye on your email inbox for important Maps messages and follow us on social media for helpful tips, reminders, and updates.
Update Your Contact Information
To make sure you receive important updates about the digital banking upgrade, please take a moment to confirm your contact information in digital banking or the Maps App.
Update Your Browser/Device
The new digital banking experience will work best on current devices and updated browsers. Before the launch, please run any available system and browser updates on the phone, tablet, or computer you use for digital banking.
Protect Your Data
Remember, Maps will never initiate a phone call, email, or text asking you for your password, PIN, full card number, or one-time verification code. If you receive a message that seems suspicious, please contact us directly.

Fraud & Security
Technology updates often create opportunities for scammers to take advantage of confusion or change. So, as we prepare for the digital banking upgrade, please stay alert for unexpected calls, texts, emails, or social media messages claiming to be from Maps—especially if they ask for personal information, login details, or verification codes.
Know the Red Flags
Maps will never contact you requesting your password, PIN, secure access code, or digital banking login credentials. If you receive a suspicious call, text, or email claiming to be from Maps Credit Union, do not share your information. And, if you’re concerned about the safety of your data or accounts, contact us directly by calling 503.588.0181.
